Moon represents emotions. Even though all the planets in Astrology influence mind of the person in some or the other way but Moon is something which keeps your mind hooked. Moon is very sensitive planet and easily gets influenced by sign, planet and House.

Ascendant ,Moon and Sun forms the most important trio of our life where Ascendant and Moon have direct concern with our mind ,emotions and overall happiness.

Moon is like a child who changes its emotions every minute or second. Where ever you find moon you will find that your mind is hooked to it so intensely that you can't take away your mind from it even if you want.

If placed in 3rd house then he needs friends all the time, if placed in 4th house he wants all his family members to pamper him or her, if placed in 5th house he is all the time curious to anything, if placed in 6th house he is alert all the time about enemies or opposition ,if placed in 7th then he or she wants to be with their partner all the time, if placed in 8th house then he needs to get pamper all the time, if placed in 9th house he keeps blaming his luck, if placed in 10th house then mind is concentrated on work, if placed in 11th then all desires are fulfilled, if placed in 12th then they get disappointed easily.          


Moon in 1st house

The person have very much tendency to imagine. Compared to others you would be less practical in your approach but still humble to others.The mind is always concerned about the self body.There may be unnecessary fear of some or other disease.

Moon in 2nd house

Moon in the 2nd house suggest the person can't stop thinking about money.The mind of the person will be so hooked to the money that many times he may loose his or her money out of fear of loss. The person is likely to maintain some sort of fear towards his investment.

In my personal experience this is the best placement of Moon in the entire birth chart.10th house stand for the work to be done. Due to Moon in 10th your mind will always be concentrated on the work. Compare to any other house this house moon is good for stable mind. 

Moon in 11th house 

11th house is the house of gains and recognition.Moon in 11th house always keep mind of the person hooked to gains and recognition.Any planet in 11th house is considered good.11th house occupied by any planet suggest some sort of gain or recognition. Moon in 11th house is indicative of many good fortunes in life.  

Moon in 12th house

Any planet in 12th house is not treated well because it consume our large amount of energy and make our mind and body weak. Moon in 12th house will keep the mind of the person hooked towards any kind of loss. Due to this such people are very sensitive ,get disappointed very easily and easily hold grudge against people.        
               

The Evil Houses in Astrology

The Evil Houses or also known as Dusth sthaan.The 6th ,8th and 12th house are treated as bad house of the Birth Chart.These houses are always expected to be empty. Even benefic planets are not expected to occupy these house.

What happens if any planet occupy these houses ?.If any planet occupy these house then the energy of that planet increases many folds. It increases so much that your mind and body dominantly express nature and properties of that particular planet. When you are calm these planets are boon for you and will help you in many ways but when not in good mood these planets may prove harmful when placed in 6th,8th or 12th house.

6th house: 6th house stands for enemies, obstructions, opposition ,style of facing the trouble. The planet here decide how you respond when thrown into difficult situations.

12th house: The most powerful and most dangerous house. Any planet placed here decide where and how you waste your large amount of energy. The passion of the person can be realized from this house.

8th house: The 8th house stand for unexpected wealth, long illness before death, mode of death.   

Note:6th house is very productive house when compared to 12th house. Planet placed in 6th house have got strong purpose whereas planet placed in 12th house waste large amount of energy even if not required.

Moon in 6th , 8th or 12th house

Jupiter and Venus are the most benefic planets of astrology.Wherever placed it promotes well being of the house.Being in 6th or 12th house it gives person jolly nature.Happy go lucky person who loves to enjoy life. People are easy going with no trouble to others.

When placed in 8th house it again produce same results along with acquisitions of some wealth.

Sun in 6th , 8th or 12th house 

People with Sun in 6th or 12th house are often popular among group for some of their special quality.Such people often have strong urge to be best of everyone and to be Centre of attraction. They may also have tendency to keep boasting about self or an attitude of self pride.

Sun in 8th house could give kind of death where everyone will know. Sun in 8th house is very capable to give wide publicity.

Mercury in 6th 8th or 12th house
